Job Description
Your new company Our client specialises within the electronics industry across a number of divisions. They are one of the UK's leading manufacturers with years of expertise in their field.
Your new role You will be responsible for accurately collation and presenting pricing for customers' bills of materials, utilising the company's MRP system. Liaising with other departments and suppliers to ensure quotes are received in a timely manner. On occasions be required to communicate directly with the customer to ensure a correct flow of information. You will be responsible for the processing of new orders in accordance with company procedure, Sales Order Processing. Creation of part numbers with Javlin and creating the Javlin Bill-of-materials accordingly. Work orders will require updating in accordance with company procedure Works order. Other ad hoc duties may be required from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with proven capabilities in handling multiple priorities. Experience in a fast-moving electronic manufacturing role, or sound MRP understanding within a manufacturing role would be . Working experience and understanding of ISO requirements. Knowledge of ISO13485 is advantageous but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. This role would also require you to be technical too.
What you'll get in return This role is flexible in working hours and this is Monday - Friday from 0700 to 1500 or 0800-1600. The salary on offer is up to 35.000 depending on experience. What you need to do now
