Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional ready to take on your next challenge in the aerospace and defence sector? iO Associates is currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of the world's leading aerospace companies based in Filton. This role offers the chance to contribute to critical supply chain operations supporting aircraft production and innovation.
Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of parts and services in line with customer requirements by:
- Managing supplier portfolios and purchase orders
- Monitoring and optimising ordering parameters
- Engaging in daily supplier/customer communications
- Analysing forecasts, inventory, and exception messages
- Supporting delivery, quality, invoice, and logistic resolutions
- Using SAP to track performance and escalate supply chain risks
Essential Skills
- Supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SAP and MRP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data and implement improvements
- Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
