Summary:
Our globally leading aerospace client is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer/Logistic Support Analyst,who will support the Product Support and Supply Chain Engineering Multi-Programme Lead, working under the clients Product Support Programme/Functional Manager across a range of projects. The role focuseson providing technical supply-chain support, ensuring the accuracy of support documentation, and contributing to the smooth transition of programmes into sustainment. Key
Responsibilities:
Actastheinitialpointofcontactfortechnicalsupply-chainqueriesrelatingtoaircraftpartsand their usage. ReviewLogisticSupportAnalysis(LSA)updatesfollowingbaselinechangesandadvisethe supply-chain team on any resulting spares amendments. Examinetechnicaldocumentationtohelpidentifysuitablealternativesforlonglead-time
spares. Contributetocontingencyplanningandensureprogrammesareeffectivelypreparedfor sustainment phases. WorkcloselywiththeLSAandTechnicalPublicationsteamstoensureaircraftdocumentationis updated accurately. CollaboratewithProductSupportEngineerstoresolveearly-stagetechnical issues. Mentorsupply-chainpersonnelinunderstandingandinterpretingtechnical information. SupportthereviewofMaintenanceTaskAnalysisandvendordatatoinformprogramme- specific Level of Repair Analysis (LORA). DesiredSkills,Experienceand Qualifications:
Knowledgeofsupportengineeringwithinmilitaryordefence environments. Experienceinsupply-chainengineeringorlogisticssupport analysis. Abilitytointerpretaircraftdrawingsandtechnical documentation. Competenceinusingaircraftdocumentsetsandcontributingtosupport-product
documentation. Adegreeorequivalentqualificationinarelevantengineeringdisciplineisdesirablebutnot
