Job Description

Our client, an FMCG leader with a rich history and strong heritage are seeking a Supply Planner for their Customer Collaboration team.

About the role

To optimise service and forecast performance for a designated customer(s) through the working in customer Head Offices and forging strong customer networks.

Facilitate the sharing of data to the benefit of both the business & the customer.

Proactively work with other supply chain and sales functions to achieve a seamless flow of product to the end consumer.

Identify & deliver specific Customer Service project work working with the business stakeholders; Project management, Supply Planning, Site Operation Teams, Logistics, Customer Service and relevant 3rd parties.

Delivery of business month end projections, volume & revenue and rationale where this is not achieved.

Ensure customer KPI’s are achieved in regard to service, on shelf availability and waste, leveraging relationships.

Experience needed

A strong interest in analytics and ideally a background in FMCG

Moderate to advanced Excel experience.

Formula’s, pivots & graphs essential.

Keen interest in business, analytics, economics, projects

Strong working relationship development & management

Technology literate with a good understanding and adaptability to new systems

Comfortable collating, displaying & presenting data to stakeholders
