Support Coordinator Salary £25,838 pa / Earn £13.21 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140 Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Saltburn, Cleveland We cant offer a CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant customers who havemental health and/or learning disability support needs. They live in the Redcar & Cleveland area in the local community in dispersed properties which can range from 1-2-bedroom flats as well as houses. We help our customersenjoy the best quality of life they can, support to maintain social inclusion, access and understand benefits, budgeting, access to voluntary work, accessing local services or day centres and supporting to liaise with relevant stake holders. What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay for it)
A valid driving licence and a vehicle insured for business purposes
