Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers

Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
An Enhanced DBS with barring list (dont worrywe cover the cost).
A vehicle insured for business use and a valid driving licence (well pay for any business mileage).

Your manager provides a full years rota in advance, giving you the ability to plan your personal life and stay organised throughout the year.
This is an office-based position in Elswick Road, with responsibilities that extend across our 25 community move-on properties and our 10 bed spaces within our 24-hour supported service
