Working for an established provider of care and support to adults with profound learning and physical disabilities, you would be working for an organisation that puts people at the centre of all they do.

The role: Providing excellent effective care and support to adults with profound learning disability and complex needs at residential services near Chorley. Assist in the care of all people being support to ensure they are provided with the highest quality of care and support with their daily living skills in residential and supported living environments. Promote independent living skills and working in a person -centred way Action and work with all care and support plans tailored to the needs of each individual. Support with personal care needs where required.
