The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, including days, nights, evening and weekends to ensure smooth service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals
• Deliver care as outlined in care and person‑centred plans
• Assist individuals with daily personal care tasks

Qualifications

• A Level 2 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
• Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours
