Package
£12.30 per hour (day rate) / £13.30 per hour (night rate)
Overtime paid at +£2 per hour
40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Provide full support with all aspects of daily living
Deliver personal and intimate care with dignity and respect
Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and communication difficulties
Follow structured routines and care plans
Support meaningful activities at home and in the community
Drive individuals using a service vehicle to appointments and activities
Promote independence, choice and positive outcomes
Work collaboratively as part of a consistent support team
Requirements
Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
Confident driving a service vehicle
Experience in care or a strong desire to work in social care
Comfortable supporting people with complex health needs
Willingness to provide intimate personal care
Flexible to work shifts, including every other weekend
Reliable, patient and person-centred approach
Right to work in the UK
