What Youll Be Doing as a Support Worker As a Support Worker, you will: Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Assist with managing finances, medications, and appointments
Encourage participation in social and community activities
Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals
Build positive, trusting relationships and provide emotional support
Deliver and coordinate specialised care for individuals with complex health needs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred Support Worker care at all times
