Where youll be working: Burton On Trent, Staffordshire This is a unique service within Staffordshire supporting 3 people, where we offer supportive living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes. As part of your day to day work you will be offering the following; Encouraging
people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence. Supporting
Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting. Communicating - effectively communicate using peoples chosen methods Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life Specialising
- supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management Team player
