Customer group - Our customers have multiple, complex needs and we work as a multi agency approach in order to deliver brilliant support

Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.

Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

Cuppas, chats and catch ups. Theres no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to work together with colleagues too.

Experience of caring for others, you may have worked in care before or have experience of caring for others such as family members or children

The ability to workon your own initiative, remaincalm under pressure and havea resilient approach

Recognise every customer is different and youre able to adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs

To get from A to B, youll need a valid driving licence and a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!

We work Monday to Sunday between the core hours of 8am - 10pm. You will work shifts on a rota basis but will manage your own diary within the service

Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.

Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
