Higher Bugle , in the St Austell area . This gentleman loves classic cars and even collecting miniature models of them. He loves music and classic TV shows. He also enjoys the 60's & 70's culture, so bring your vibrant personality with you to match!We do need you to be able to drive and have a clean FULL UK Driving Licence , this will enable you to make the most of your days together! This person has autism, mental health challenges and challenging behaviour.
What will your shift involve? In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs.Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being.Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.
