We are seeking a compassionate and Skilled Support Workers to join our team at a 20-bedded dementia residential home. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the night. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for dementia care, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be Doing
- Provide care and support to residents
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and calm environment throughout the night
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care
What You’ll Need
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
- Understanding of Dementia Care Practices
- Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care. xbpsjku
- Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
