7:00am Pay Rate: £16 - £18 Per hour Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are seeking experienced and dedicated Support workers to support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing. Promote independence, confidence, and social inclusion through tailored support and meaningful engagement. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, coordinated, and effective care delivery. Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in residents health or behaviour. Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns promptly, ensuring residents safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop strong professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and a positive environment. Contribute to the development and review of individual care plans, ensuring they remain responsive to residents evolving needs. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills, knowledge, and quality of care. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or physical/sensory impairments Understanding of person-centred care principles Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid DBS within the last 12 months (preferably on the update service) or willingness to complete a new one Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights Knowledge of positive behaviour support or sensory care techniques Must be happy to provide personal care Step into a role where you can lead by example and transform the lives of adults with complex needs every day.
