Support Worker Location: Hull and East Riding Salary: £12.60 per hour Hours: No fixed hours. The service runs from 10am until 8pm Monday to Friday. Shifts either 10-6 or 12-8 on a rota basis Contract: Casual, as and when required Additional Requirement: Must be minimum age of 21 years and have a full UK, manual drivers licence, held for at least 2 years.

What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?

Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.

Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.

Responding to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.

Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user. To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?

A kind, calm and confident approach with great people skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
