Langley has a fantastic opportunity for 2 x Support Workers to join our busy and friendly team in Cheltenham . We are seeking 1 x Support Worker for a permanent role and also 1 x Support Worker for a 12-month fixed term contract. Both roles are full time working 37.5 hours per week . The successful candidates will receive a salary of £24,727 per annum . The shift pattern will be 12.5 hour shifts across a 7-day period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To act as the Key Worker to designated clients as required.
Perform individual personal care tasks, including washing, showering and toileting, medication administration and promoting independence.
Write care plans and ensure these are followed and handed over to all staff, take an active part in hand over and report any concerns to the Management Team.
De-escalate and manage stressful situations in a calm manner.
Regularly fully utilise the Trust Client File with designated clients to ensure that they are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes.
Provide support and guidance to other Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service and to support client engagement.
