The Role: Oaklea's Adult Care Home & Supported Living properties in Kendal, provide care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence. Come and join a team on a new adventure, supporting our customers who love being active and are looking for new ways to be involved in their community, whilst at the same time having fun. In your role, you will be required to support people with their personal care needs, with daily activities and appointments within the local community. You will be required to work closely within a small team. working hours will include days, nights and weekends shared amongst the team.
