Company and Role: Supporting a gentleman with an acquired brain injury and complex physical needs 2:1 care package transitioning from a rehabilitation unit into his family home Full support required including personal care, moving & handling, PEG feeding and medication Involvement in rehabilitation programmes and therapy support Supporting with appointments, social activities and daily routines Client has a keen interest in sports, especially football, cycling and snooker, and enjoys engaging in these activities Successful Applicant: Previous experience working with adults with complex conditions (e.g. brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy) Confident with PEG feeding and complex care Experience with moving and handling and personal care Must hold a full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and be willing to drive a WAV Must be flexible to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week If youre an experienced Support Worker looking for a new role, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in someones life while being part of a rewarding rehabilitation journey.
