I require support with my daily living needs to enable me to live as independently and comfortably as possible. I have an established team who know my routines well, and I am looking for someone who can step in when regular staff are unavailable. Main Duties May Include: Supporting with personal care Assisting with daily routines and tasks Helping with mobility and transfers Supporting with meals and hydration Supporting me with my ventilation needs Assisting with social activities or outings when required Working alongside and following guidance from my existing care team
