Must Be A Driver Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct the day-to-day management. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff teams. Oversee support plans tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations. Manage budgets, health & safety, and compliance requirements. Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies. Drive service improvement and quality outcomes. Personal Characteristics: Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service. Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
