About the Role You’ll be part of the in-house property management team, taking responsibility for a mixed portfolio including retail and mixed-use assets. You’ll work closely with Asset Management, FM and wider operational teams, giving you exposure well beyond day-to-day property management and a real understanding of how value is created. Responsibilities
Hands-on management of commercial assets Service charge budgeting and management FM coordination and statutory compliance Tenant relationships and lease events Supporting asset management initiatives including refurbishments, reletting and value-add works Assisting with new acquisitions and disposals as the portfolio continues to grow
Requirements
A Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with commercial property management experience Commercially aware, technically sound and comfortable taking ownership Experience with Qube or Horizon beneficial but not required MRICS welcomed but not a deal breaker Someone bright, motivated and keen to progress
