In this role, you'll work with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. Your scope includes the complete talent acquisition process. What the job involves
Full cycle recruitment for senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations, especially CY and UK
Working independently with a high level of autonomy
Helping Wheely shape a transparent and efficient recruitment process
Participating in marketing and PR activities to enhance the HR brand
Starting as an individual contributor with potential to grow your team
Requirements
~4+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech company
~ Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly valued
~ Profound knowledge of modern sourcing technologies
~ Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
~ Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
~ Good understanding of the CY and European talent markets
~ Fluent in English
