We are looking for our first in-house TA and People Ops hire. As a Seed company, you will be building our hiring function and help shape our culture and People processes as we scale.

Organizations use Viso’s end-to-end computer vision platform to improve visibility and tackle use cases like safety, efficiency, and compliance. We work across industry verticals but place an emphasis on Health & Safety and Operational Efficiency.
Role Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated TA and/or People Ops function, shaping our values and culture, and being a Brand ambassador. This role will initially be standalone, and we will support you on your growth journey.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
What will you do?
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing through to pre-signature
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through the interview process
- Maintain recruitment data and metrics to track progress and inform hiring decisions
- Build and nurture talent pipeline to support future hiring needs
- Assist with the employee lifecycle journey, from onboarding new hires to offboarding leavers
- Manage performance and employee engagement initiatives
- Work with Finance on payroll and employment changes
- Partner with Marketing on events and culture-building activities
We recognise the role is broad and this is taken into account during the interview process.
Key Requirements
- Startup / scaleup experience, ideally at an early stage (Seed to Series B)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a VC-backed startup
- Nice to have, but not required: CIPD qualification
