Whether it's SaaS, hardware, or contractors, the average B2B purchase takes over 3 months , requires 50+ emails , and involves multiple different stakeholders (IT, Legal, InfoSec, Finance, etc.). Omnea's platform handles the entire purchasing process : giving employees an easy place to make requests (Intake), managing the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made (Approvals Engine), and automating all renewals management & supplier risk assessments. Omnea gives both buyers, and finance & procurement leaders critical visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, high-agency operator to join us as Omnea's Founding Head of Talent . You'll be excited to scale an early-stage business and shape the foundation of our team, culture, and talent engine -- which we consider to be the most important part of the company. We are trying to build a totally different type of Talent org -- rather than high volume, generic searches, we want to focus on quality & precision, more akin to how the very best exec search firms are run.
You'll be joining at an inflection point: we closed our Series A with $25m from Accel, Point Nine, First Round, and over 50 leading angels & founders last summer and our revenue has grown 6x since! Our founder CEO, CCO, and CFO previously built Tessian from $0-30m+ ARR, and we're doing it again -- but faster and bigger -- with a team of top performers, a product loved by amazing customers like Spotify, Monzo, and Wise, and an enormous market.
You'll report directly into our CEO and work with the leadership team to build our hiring machine from the ground up. You'll design and run high-velocity, high-quality processes, set a world-class candidate experience, and ultimately own how we grow the team and business.

You'll be the first Talent leader in a hyper-growth & hyper-ambitious company, owning how we attract and hire top talent at a foundational stage.
You'll report into the Founder CEO and work closely with our commercial, product, engineering leaders to deeply understand each function and define success profiles.
You'll become the top performing talent person at Omnea, and then build out the team from two to many people. This includes sourcing exceptional candidates across technical, commercial, and leadership roles, and crafting personalised outbound messages to win them.
You'll build the infrastructure that enables us to scale hiring without compromising quality -- from Ashby workflows and funnel metrics to enablement materials and referral engines.
You'll grow the talent team as we scale, hiring and leading additional recruiters. You'll also lay the foundations of onboarding and early PeopleOps -- working across the business to ensure every new joiner is set up for success.
You'll manage hiring budgets as needed, build deep relationships with external recruiters and optimise the whole hiring funnel for quality and the best candidate experience.
You'll shape Omnea's culture and hiring philosophy, helping us become the kind of company that the best people want to join and continue building with.
You'll define how we show up to the world, owning all employer branding across our careers page, candidate collateral, and any marketing initiatives that you pursue.
You're an entrepreneurial, high-agency operator who wants to build something from scratch and have chosen Talent as a function because you fundamentally believe that it is the ultimate growth lever for a company of our scale. You have a significant number of years of experience in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments (hard minimum of 7 years), and have rapidly progressed to leadership on account of exceptional competence.
You can operate full-stack across the entire hiring process. You can source, pitch, and close top talent -- whether it's a Founding AE in a new geo, a senior engineer, or an exec hire. You're commercial. You influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders across the business, helping them define success, sharpen their judgment, and make better hiring bets.
You've got an exceptional eye for talent. You know what great looks like across functions, and you help others see it too. You balance urgency with quality, and you don't get stuck in theory or process. You write crisp, persuasive outreach. You treat Omnea's resources like your own, and you're here to help build a massive company -- not just run a function.
