Full-time • Front of House • 45.Searcys is seeking an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead operations at one of our flagship event venues. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about delivering seamless event experiences, exceeding client expectations, and driving commercial success.

You may be required to work some evenings at larger events.
Full Time
Ensure resource planning maximizes opportunities to meet budget and retain staff.
# Maintain accurate financial control systems and ensure full use of the Evolution software system.
# Provide financial information promptly and accurately to Support Office and leadership.
# Adhere to banking and cash security procedures in line with company policy.
# Achieve a minimum score of 90% on European Safety Bureau and 5-star scores on EHO visits.
# Meet statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation.
# Conduct Food Safety and Health & Safety Risk Assessments and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

5+ years of management or leadership experience, with success in leading and developing teams.
~Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
~ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
~ Experience managing large-scale management teams.
