Advise major corporates, investment funds, and financial institutions on UK and cross-border tax issues. Work closely with market-leading corporate, finance, and real estate teams on structuring and implementation of transactions. Get involved in tax planning, advisory matters, and support on tax disputes and regulatory developments. Gain exposure to a broad range of sectors, including technology, energy, infrastructure, and financial services.

Candidate Profile:

UK-qualified solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE in corporate tax at a top‑tier law firm. Strong academic background and excellent technical ability. Commercial awareness and an interest in the intersection of law, finance, and business strategy. A team player with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
