This role will play a key part in ensuring advisers meet regulatory competency standards while supporting ongoing development, supervision, and compliance across the business.

This is a fully remote role.

The Role: The T&C Supervisor will oversee adviser competence, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while supporting advisers through effective supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.

The role will also lead structured induction programmes for new advisers and ensure they achieveCompetent Adviser Status (CAS)efficiently.

You will work closely with sales management, risk, and compliance teams to monitor adviser performance, analyse competency data, and promote best practice across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver and manage structuredT&C supervisionin line with FCA requirements and internal policies.

Support adviser development throughcoaching, monitoring, and competency assessments.

Design and deliver tailoredinduction programmesfor new advisers to achieve CAS.

Supervise advisers across different competency levels and provide targeted support where required.

Producemanagement information (MI)and reporting on adviser performance and RAG status.

Collaborate with sales leadership, QA, and compliance teams to ensure strong regulatory oversight.

Promote high standards ofclient outcomes, compliance, and professional conduct.

Requirements: Minimum6 years experience in financial services, ideally within aTraining & Competency or supervisory environment.

RelevantLevel 4 financial services qualifications(or equivalent).

Strong understanding ofT&C regulations and adviser competency frameworks.

Experience analysing adviser performance data and producing meaningful reporting.

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience: Background incompliance, risk, or auditfunctions. xbpsjku

Experience reviewingpension transfer or similar complex advice cases.
