The successful candidate will:

* Be a confident and enthusiastic teacher of Mathematics, able to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
* Be passionate about making maths accessible, engaging, and meaningful to all learners
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that promote problem-solving, reasoning, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts
* Use data effectively to monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with students
* Be reflective and eager to continue developing their practice through collaboration and CPD
* Share the school’s commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment where every student can thrive
* Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values
