The Role – Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support learning within Key Stage1 and 2. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The role involves providing 1:1 support for individual pupils as well as leading and assisting with small group work to reinforce learning and support a range of abilities, including pupils with special educational needs. You will help manage classroom behaviour, prepare learning resources, and support pupils’ academic and social development. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to pupils’ progress and wellbeing within a supportive school setting.
