Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Working with and supporting students with SEMH and autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group. Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus and self-control. Assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
