The Role: Can involve working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit them Working within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff, supporting challenging behaviour and SEN requirements Following care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents where necessary Using a holistic approach within a multi-disciplinary team of specialists May include carrying out individual interventions to aid childrens learning What you will need: Experience of working with children who have complex needs A willingness to jump in and help where necessary Being a positive role model and influence The ability to support challenging behaviour, encourage independence and be patient and willing to build long lasting relationships xehkeey with pupils Have a good awareness of safeguarding procedures What we offer: When you work with Qualiteach, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
