Assisting with lessons: Helping sort materials, setting up equipment, and supporting students during lessons. Behaviour management: Foster a positive learning environment with good behaviour management. Providing emotional support: Offering guidance and support to students who may be dealing with personal issues or stress. Monitoring well-being: Keeping an eye on students' overall well-being and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members. Safeguarding: Ensuring the safeguarding procedure is followed when required Collaboration: work closely with teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and students thrive academically and socially.Requirements:
