We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and achieve their potential.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management
• Help maintain a positive, nurturing learning environment
• Contribute to the wider life of the school

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Is patient, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progress
• Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with staff and students
• Works well as part of a team
• Brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine interest in education

Desirable (but not essential)

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
