Teaching Assistant - Immediate Roles After Easter - Haringey

Primary Schools across **Haringey are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant staff to begin after the Easter break. This Teaching Assistant role includes both general classroom support and SEND-focused responsibilities.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering lessons and help pupils stay engaged and focused. The successful Teaching Assistant will be confident working with children with a range of needs, including ASD and behavioural challenges.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

Supporting pupils across lessons as a Teaching Assistant

Providing targeted support as a Teaching Assistant

Assisting pupils with additional needs as a Teaching Assistant

Helping maintain classroom structure as a Teaching Assistant

Working closely with teachers as a Teaching Assistant

Encouraging positive behaviour as a Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant role offers flexible opportunities with the chance to secure long-term work.
