Our Berkhamsted team is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools in the St Albans area. We work closely with a number of local Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools who require flexible and reliable support staff for temporary, short-term, and long-term cover. Key Responsibilities Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities Working with individual pupils or small groups to support learning outcomes Assisting students with additional needs, including SEND support where required Helping manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment Supporting pupils' social and emotional development Preparing classroom resources and assisting with general classroom duties Providing feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress Responsibilities may vary depending on the school setting and assignment.
