A Teaching Assistant is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Teaching Assistant position will be full time and long term.

If appointed as a Teaching Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Assisting class teachers during lessons
Working effectively with the SEN Department.
Managing pupil behaviour
Reinforcing a positive work attitude in teenagers
Demonstrating a compassionate manner towards everyone at school

The rates of pay for this Teaching Assistant post will range from £82.14 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

A highly successful All-Girls Academy/Comprehensive School & Sixth Form, for pupils aged 11 to 19 years old, located in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Ofsted has rated the school as 'Good' across the board.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Teaching Assistant or overseas trained Teaching Assistant.

Right to work in the UK
Clear and up to date DBS
UK Degree or an overseas equivalent
Experience of working with children/teenagers aged 11 to 18 years old or as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools
