We are looking for an upbeat, switched-on, and proactive Team Assistant to join an award-winning sports organisation on a 3 month fixed-term contract basis (that has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate). 

You will be based from stunning open plan, modern offices in the heart of Central London, working as part of a brilliant team that is super supportive, friendly and dynamic. You will enjoy hybrid working with 1 day working from home, 4 days in office. You will be supporting with a variety of administrative tasks including inbox management, travel organisation, updating the database, scheduling meetings and all other ad hoc tasks! 

You will ideally come with previous administrative experience working in a fast-paced office environment so you can hit the ground running. You will be a natural team player and have strong attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills.
