Meraki Talent is working with a boutique financial services firms, looking for a Team EA to join their team on a permanent basis.

\n\n

This role will be support a multiple Directors, as well as light tough to a wider team.

\n\n

Team EA duties:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives or a leadership team
  • \n\t
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and resolving conflicts
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • \n\t
  • Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the team
  • \n\t
  • Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and documents
  • \n\t
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating offboarding activities
  • \n\t
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and visa application
  • \n\t
  • Accurate processing of heavy expenses
  • \n\t
  • Organise team events, offsites, and leadership meetings
  • \n

Person Specification:

  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
  • \n\t
  • Must have worked in Financial Services for at least 2 years
  • \n\t
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • \n\t
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • \n\t
  • Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
  • \n\t
  • Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
