Children’s Therapy Centre About the Role My client are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join a child-centred, multidisciplinary team. You will assess and support children with a range of speech, language, communication, and feeding needs, delivering evidence-based, engaging therapy that helps every child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans Deliver high-quality therapy in individual and group settings Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports Collaborate closely with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team Support and educate parents and caregivers Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Essential Requirements Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc/MSc or equivalent) Current professional registration (e.g., HCPC, ASHA, or equivalent) Experience working with children with communication disorders Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and therapy planning skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, organised, and child-focused approach Desirable Experience with ASD, stuttering, or dysphagia Knowledge of AAC systems Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual children Why Join?
