Team Leader - Care Home (36 Hours | Paid Breaks | Rota 2 Weeks in Advance)

Our client is looking for a confident, caring Team Leader to inspire and support their care team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care within a residential elderly care and nursing setting. You'll be at the heart of the home - guiding colleagues, safeguarding residents, and ensuring the highest clinical and regulatory standards are met.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise care staff to deliver safe, dignified, high-quality care Oversee care plans, risk assessments, medication and clinical practice Liaise with GPs and healthcare professionals Promote independence, wellbeing and a warm, homely environment Support staff development through training, supervision and mentoring Ensure accurate record-keeping and full compliance with regulationsWhat We're Looking For:

Experience leading or supervising care teams Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment and record-keeping Excellent communication and calm decision-making skills Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (desirable) A reliable, accountable professional who leads by exampleIf you're passionate about high standards, resident safety and developing others, we'd love to hear from you.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, ideally you will be on the update service for the Adult Workforce.
