About the Role

Managing and support care staff to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people,
Ensuring adherence to care plans, regulatory guidelines, and the home's objectives
Maintaining professional, positive practice as a role model and leader.

Requirements:

DBS clearance
Experience within children's residential services
A full driving licence
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent *Sponsorship is not offered for this role*
