The role As a Technical Analyst, e-Commerce (Bilingual), you will provide technical support to our customers using the DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform, while managing ongoing account maintenance and support activities in both English and French. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in Canada, however, if you live in Toronto/GTA and are within a reasonable commuting distance to our Brampton office, you will be expected to work on a hybrid arrangement, working a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Key responsibilities Deliver Level 1 technical support and user training to clients on our DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform via phone and email Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely, professional manner Configure and maintain online user profiles and customer catalogues

Skills & experiences Post secondary school degree or diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products Must be fully bilingual in English and French

Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000 CAD per year The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
