An award-winning architecture studio is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Architect to join their Hotels Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong proficiency in Revit. The successful applicant will bring their technical expertise to a diverse range of hotel projects, applying analytical skills to identify, analyse, and resolve system design challenges. Lead the technical development of hotel projects, ensuring design and technical integrity at all stages.
Use Revit to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings, models, and specifications.
Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure technical solutions align with the overall project vision.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee technical coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate technical drawings and 3D models.
~ Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and material specifications.
~ Experience working on hotel projects or similar hospitality-related developments is advantageous.
Knowledge of other architectural software, such as AutoCAD or BIM tools, is a plus.
Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction standards.
Experience leading technical coordination for complex projects.
