Technical Architect / Technician – Chalk Farm ️ North London | £45K–£55K | WFH 1 day/week | Stage 3–6 delivery
Join a multidisciplinary team working on one of Central London’s largest residential regeneration schemes — blending luxury and affordable homes with retail and leisure in a dynamic, high-quality setting.
You’ll be part of a 30-person team delivering design and build under one roof, including architects, site and construction managers, and quantity surveyors. What You’ll Do • Lead large-scale resi-led projects from Stage 3–6 • Develop technical details with a focus on buildability • Liaise with contractors, consultants & suppliers • Coordinate CDP packages and subcontractor input • Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act requirements • Model in ArchiCAD (preferred) and support BIM workflows
What You’ll Need ✔ Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician ✔ Strong technical background in multi-unit residential ✔ Solid UK Building Regs & Stage 5 knowledge ✔ ArchiCAD experience (or BIM-based equivalent) ✔ Confident communicator with a detail-led mindset
