The successful candidate will be responsible to operate Tradebe's sales-enquiry and sales-administrative function, from receipt of enquiries through to quotations, onward routing, invoicing and procedural control. To ensure through technical assessment, compliance with legislative requirements, ensuring all enquiries are processed in a timely manner in line with company procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Technically assess all waste enquiries generated by the sales team or direct enquiries Ensure compliance of all waste quotes with current legislation, Tradebe's Permits, Waste Management Licences and within strict KPI's. Ensure that quotations produced and processed are in accordance with the current company sales strategy and within strict KPI's. Liaise with internal and external laboratories where sample analysis is required. Identify appropriate disposal routes for all packaged and bulk waste. Build up working relationships with third party disposal routes. Be transparent in choice of third-party disposal route and ensure the requirements of Tradebe Ltd are met. To ensure that all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) are identified as both a technical and or financial NCR and the appropriate information is passed to the originator of the enquiry in a timely manner within strict KPI's.
