Technical Business Analyst / Systems Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for complex technical programmes.
Translate business needs into clear technical documentation to support engineering and delivery teams.
Map processes, analyse data flows, and define system options to support robust solution design.
Collaborate with software, platform, and infrastructure teams across areas such as AI, cyber, cloud, and DevOps.
Assess how emerging technologies — including AI and GenAI — can deliver value in secure, regulated environments.
Support the development of technical roadmaps and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to the design and improvement of systems supporting security capabilities.
Main Skills Needed:
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, or similar hybrid role.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
Understanding of modern software development practices and delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with data modelling and analysing complex technical systems.
Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI and where they can be applied responsibly.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
