Technical Business Analyst – Global Electronic Trading | London (Hybrid). Miller Maxwell is partnering with a prestigious international electronic trading firm to hire a Technical Business Analyst for their expanding financial technology team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performance trading environment, acting as a key liaison between internal technical teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities for the Technical Business Analyst:

Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. Collaborate with product, software engineering, and sales teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements. Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅ What the successful Technical Business Analyst will need to bring:

A 2:1 or above in a STEM-related degree (essential). 6+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within financial services, ideally in an electronic trading environment. Familiarity with modern tech stacks including AWS, Java, and/or C++. Electronic Trading - Market Data - FIX Protocol - ITCH - FIX Connectivity - Exchange Connectivity - Latency improvement - Networking - highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and st,akeholder management skills.
