We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to drive improvements in our Contact Centre environment. If you’re highly skilled in voice technology and proficient with Genesys systems, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in a forward-thinking team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for contact centre solutions
• Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement across voice systems
• Design and implement innovative solutions using Genesys software to enhance contact centre performance
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance for contact centre operations
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment

• Demonstrated experience within contact centre environments
• Strong expertise in voice technologies and infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of Genesys platforms and tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
