KeyResponsibilitiesandDutiesTechnicalClerk DocumentControl: Creating,organizing,andupdatingtechnicaldocuments,reports,anddrawings. DatabaseManagement: Updatingandmaintainingtechnicaldatabasesandinformationsystems. TechnicalSupport: Assistingengineeringorinspectionteamswithdataanalysis,materialspecifications,andprojectdocumentation. Compliance&Safety: Supportinghealthandsafety,qualitycontrol,andregulatoryrequirements(e.g.,ISO,CDM). Liaison: Coordinatingwithsiteteams,contractors,andclientstofacilitateinspectionsorprojecttasks. RequiredSkillsandQualificationsTechnicalClerk SoftwareProficiency: StrongskillsinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,SharePoint,Teams)andexperiencewithspecializeddatabasesorERPsystemslikeSAP. DataAccuracy: Highattentiontodetailformanagingcomplexdatasets. Communication: Excellentverbalandwrittenskillsforreportingandstakeholdercoordination. Organization: Abilitytomanagemultipletasksanddeadlinesinafast-paced,technicalenvironment.
